Mark Levinson

Mr. Levinson has been providing quality coverage in all New York area venues for many law firms for over five years. He has broad experience in multiple legal disciplines and regularly handles all types of EBTs, court conferences and settlement negotiations. He is also available for consultation on the negotiation and drafting of technology agreements.

Before starting his own firm, Mr. Levinson worked as an attorney and consultant to corporations such as American Express, ITT Corporation, CA, Inc. and Verizon (when known as NYNEX). He also worked as a consultant to the United States Department of Energy. His responsibilities at these organizations included, but were not limited to, the development of strategic alliances, negotiation of technology agreements and recommendation of technology solutions.

Mr. Levinson has also worked as an associate at firms concentrating in negligence, commercial litigation, family law and criminal matters. Due to his diverse experience, he is well-equipped to handle almost any matter in a responsible, diligent and caring manner.
